Your Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first thing you see after signing in. It gives you a quick snapshot of what needs your attention across your account.
What's on the Dashboard
Your Dashboard shows up to three summary cards across the top, depending on your role:
Quotes Card
Shows quotes that are waiting for your review and approval. Each quote displays its number, description, and total amount. Click any quote to open it and take action. A link at the bottom takes you to the full Quotes list.
Billing Card
Shows unpaid invoices for your organization. Each entry shows the invoice number and the amount due. Click any invoice to view the details or make a payment. You can also click Billing question? to quickly submit a billing inquiry without leaving the page.
Service Tickets Card
Shows your most recent open support tickets with their current status. Click any ticket to view the full conversation and updates. You can also click New ticket to create one right from the Dashboard.
Tip: If any of these cards are missing, it means your role doesn't include access to that area. Talk to your office administrator if you think you should have access.
Pending Closure Banner
If any of your tickets have been marked complete by DTC and are waiting for you to confirm, you'll see a yellow banner at the top of the Dashboard. Click Review to go to the Approvals page and confirm or reopen those tickets.
Your Account Team
Below the summary cards, you'll see a section for communicating with your dedicated DTC account team. This shows:
- Your account manager's name and contact info
- Recent conversations you've had with your account team
- A New conversation button to start a new discussion about your account, services, or anything that isn't a technical support issue
Click any conversation to view the full thread and reply.
Quick Actions from the Dashboard
You can do a lot without leaving the Dashboard:
- Create a new support ticket by clicking New ticket on the Service Tickets card
- Start a conversation with your account team by clicking New conversation
- Submit a billing question by clicking Billing question? on the Billing card
- Jump to any section by clicking the links on each card or using the navigation bar at the top
