Getting Started

The DTC Customer Portal is your one place to manage everything related to your IT support with DTC. You can submit and track support tickets, review and approve quotes, view and pay invoices, manage payment methods, and communicate with your account team.

You can access the portal anytime at portal.dtctoday.com. All you need is a web browser and an internet connection.


Signing Up for the First Time

If you don't have a portal account yet, you can create one right from the login page.

  1. Go to portal.dtctoday.com and click Sign up.
  2. Enter your office phone number. This is the main phone number for your dental practice. We use this to verify that your organization is a DTC client.
  3. Select your office from the list that appears (if your practice has multiple locations, pick the one you work at).
  4. Enter your email address. If you already have an account, you'll be directed to sign in or reset your password instead.
  5. Fill in your details including your name, mobile phone (optional), job title, and create a password.
  6. Check your email for a verification link and click it to confirm your address.

After you verify your email, our team will confirm your identity with your organization and set up the appropriate access level for your account. You'll receive a notification when your account is ready.

Note: Email verification alone does not grant portal access. Our team verifies every new account to keep your organization's information secure.


Signing In

  1. Go to portal.dtctoday.com and click Sign in.
  2. You'll be redirected to DTC's secure sign-in page.
  3. Enter your email and password, then click Sign in.
  4. You'll land on your Dashboard.

Forgot Your Password?

If you can't remember your password:

  1. On the login page, click Forgot your password?
  2. Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link.
  3. Check your email for a reset link (it's valid for 7 days).
  4. Click the link, choose a new password, and confirm it.
  5. You can now sign in with your new password.

If you don't receive the email, check your spam/junk folder. If you still need help, email helpdesk@dtctoday.com.


What You'll See Based on Your Role

Not everyone sees the same things in the portal. What you can access depends on the role your organization has assigned to you:

Role What You Can Do
Admin Full access to everything: tickets, quotes, invoices, approvals, and all users' data for your organization.
Approver Review and approve or reject quotes and ticket approvals.
Billing View quotes, approve/reject quotes, and view and pay invoices.
End User Submit new tickets and view your own tickets.
Site Manager Everything an End User can do, plus visibility into all tickets and data for your location.
