Approvals

The Approvals page is your central hub for everything that needs your review or response. This includes quote approvals, ticket approvals, closure confirmations, and feedback requests.

Click Approvals in the navigation bar to get there. If there are items waiting for your attention, you'll see a red badge on the Approvals tab showing the count.

Approvals Tabs

The Approvals page is organized into four tabs:

Quotes Tab

Shows quotes that are pending your approval or rejection, plus a history of quotes you've already acted on. See the Quotes section of this guide for details on how to approve or reject.

Tickets Tab

Some work (like major changes or projects) requires your approval before DTC can proceed. When a ticket needs your sign-off:

  1. Go to the Tickets tab on the Approvals page.
  2. Click Review on the ticket that needs approval.
  3. A window will show you the details of what's being requested, including any notes from the DTC team.
  4. You can Approve or Reject the request.
    • When approving, you can type or draw your signature and add an optional note.
    • When rejecting, you can provide a reason.

Closures Tab

When DTC marks a support ticket as complete, it shows up here for you to confirm.

  • Confirm Closure if the issue is fully resolved.
  • Keep Open (with a note explaining what's still wrong) if it's not resolved yet. The ticket will reopen and the team will follow up.

If you don't respond, the ticket will automatically close after a set number of days.

Feedback Tab

After a ticket is closed, you may be asked to rate your experience. This tab shows tickets waiting for your feedback.

  • Select a star rating.
  • Optionally leave a comment about your experience.
  • Click Submit Feedback.

Your feedback is valuable and helps us continuously improve our service.

For ticket closures and approvals, you may also receive email notifications with direct links. These let you take action without logging into the portal, which is handy when you're on the go.
